YIN is suggested for those experiencing trouble sleeping, stress, feelings of agitation and irritation.

YIN Acuoil utilises the Acupressure points Heart 7, Kidney 3 and Ren 14.

Heart 7 is a point Traditionally used in TCM proposed to alleviate worry, panic and bring the body to a state of calm and connect. Kidney 3 is said to be traditionally used for
insomnia. Ren 14 is said to be traditionally used for calming the spirt and harmonising digestion.

The YIN herbal oils are designed to calm the mind, wind the body down and appease stress.

Our Your Tea ‘Acuoils’ are inspired by the Traditional Chinese Medicine modality of Acupuncture. Yet strictly speaking, not of the same efficacy or strength.

We utilise 100% natural Chinese herbal oils, with all formulas created by our TCM practitioners in Australia with precision. When applied, the notion is to gently awaken the specified acupressure points utilised in TCM, for its proposed purpose.

As such, our Acuoil are to be applied only as directed.

 

Consumption Instructions

Place 1 drop on instructed Acupuncture points, massage gently.
Ideally, take this time to be present in the moment and intentional.

Frequency of application:

When utilising the one Acuoil at a time: apply in the AM and again in the PM on the specified Acupressure points.

When utilising two different Acuoils at a time: one oil in the AM on its specified Acupressure points and the other oil in the PM on its specified Acupressure points.

*do not apply BOTH oils in both AM and PM

(For example: if you have Spirit Gate and Yin, then apply the Spirit Gate in the morning and then the Yin at night).

Restrictions:

Do not mix multiple oils at the same time. Do not apply as a ‘fragrance’. Apply only to specified Acupressure points, as directed.
