Refund/Return Policy

Due to food regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our tea blends. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via, along with photo evidence to discuss further.
If your tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered, Your Tea are not responsible for replacement and / or refund of the purchased order.
If items are lost in the post, Your Tea reserves the right to send out a replacement. Items that are delayed, are not covered for a refund if they are successfully delivered even though not on time.
