Traditionally my ingredients have been used to assist with:
Ye Cha (oolong tea), Ge Gen (kudzu root), Yang Gan Ju (chamomile), Zhi (Tangerine Peel), Pu Gong Ying (dandelion), Ge Teng Hua (kudzu flower).
According to Dr Nat TCM, Hangover Tea is a unique blend of Chinese Herbs specifically formulated to nurse you back to feeling fabulous. This blend has been created to encapsulate the benefits of treating both the root cause of a hangover as well as its horrible symptoms.
The winning ingredient in the formulation is a herb called Pu Going Yin. It’s wildly loved for its ability to go work on the liver to cleanse, detoxify and help to flush out toxins via the urine. Because it also helps to cool the body it’s useful to treat headaches too.
Ge Gen is another TCM herb that helps to treat the effects of dehydration by nourishing fluids and working on the gut to restore any ill effects of alcohol. This means that the bowels are also looked after (preventing the aftermath of loose bowels post alcohol).
One of the other key ingredients is Chamomile, well recognised for its soothing and calming effects. It supports the liver, which aids in treating headaches, blood shot eyes, dizziness, and general malaise. The detoxification support that Chamomile provides is also another very welcome effect.

Hangover Tea is designed to be consumed consecutively over 20 days (2 x a day), though, can also be consumed as needed. Brew for 5-7 minutes at a time. Drink 30 minutes before or after meals.
