From a TCM view point, we refer to the ‘gut’ as the spleen and stomach – and the relationship these two have with each other is what makes the magic of digestion happen. So the stomach is the ‘pit’ that the food arrives into and the spleen is like the organ that assimilates foods, draws out the essentials, sends the nutrients around the body to nourish and heal and the bad out to the bowel as waste.

GF Tiny Tea Teatox is safe for breastfeeding mothers.
GF Tiny Tea Teatox is a program designed to be consumed consecutively over 28 days. It can be used up to 56 days in a row (2 x 28 day Tiny Tea Teatoxes).
We recommend to then go on a 2 week break to let your body fall into a rhythm of its own. Following this, you can continue on.
However, you should find that your digestive system will be replenished by this point and you may not need to continue. In this case, we recommend you to keep a 14 day Tiny Tea in your tea collection for those specific days when you're feeling a little bloated, sluggish or tired. One cup of Tiny Tea should help shake this off.
Drink GF Tiny Tea 3 times a day, 30 minutes before or after meals. The three times are morning, midday and early evening.
Soak 1 bag in a cup of boiling water for 5-7 minutes at a time.
Avoid drinking me with meals or late at night.
