Liver Cleanse (14 Day)

A wise man knows that balance can't be found in elasticised jeans and red wine, wisdom says it's found with our Liver Cleanse.

Metaphoric wisdom aside - there are a few considerations to discuss before you decide if cleansing your liver is correct for you.

From a TCM perspective, it is recommended to 'restore before you deplete'. Thus, our Liver Cleanse program aims to do exactly this - whilst cathartic, it is also aims to strengthen.

However, if your body is weak (very poor digestion, elusive menstrual cycles, suffering from physical or emotional exhaustion), this is not the time to complete our Liver Cleanse.

For the above, we suggest our Digestive Herbs (for women) or Man Tea (for men) - a Liver Cleanse may follow once the system has undergone some restoration.

If your body is feeling strong and resilient, yet you're feeling heavy/have been eating and drinking poorly/overall stagnation - then the Liver Cleanse is suitable.
